As our products consist of food and beverage items, storage conditions post-delivery are critical. Recommendations provided on product pages are for guidance; proper handling and storage upon receipt remain the customer's responsibility.

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability.

We reserve the right to limit the sales or quantities of any product per person, household, or order.

Products purchased through this website are strictly intended for personal end-use and non-commercial consumption. You are strictly prohibited from purchasing, attempting to purchase, or using any of our products for unauthorized commercial resale, distribution, or export.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us at contact@ffg.my that you no longer wish to use our services, or simply when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice. In such event, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination, and we may accordingly deny you access to our store or services (or any part thereof).

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
